The Vietnam Food Administration requests nationwide post-marketing surveillance of food and dietary supplement advertisements.

On May 6, 2025, the Vietnam Food Administration (VFA) issued Official Dispatch No. 960/ATTP-NĐTT, requesting the Departments of Health of provinces and cities to strengthen inspection and post-marketing surveillance of food and dietary supplement advertisements across mass media, social networks, e-commerce websites, and e-commerce platforms.

Violations must be strictly handled in accordance with regulations.

Additionally, violating links and addresses must be publicly disclosed and warned against to help consumers avoid purchasing and using unsafe products.
