The Food Safety Authority is collecting public feedback on the Draft Decree amending Decree 115/2018/NĐ-CP, aiming to strengthen penalties, align with updated administrative regulations, and enhance consumer health protection. Notably, health supplements with any primary quality indicator inconsistent with the declared specification will be subject to fines ranging from 25 to 30 million VND.
