📌 The suspension aims to:

Review and reassess the regulations to ensure their practical suitability
Avoid disruption and difficulties during implementation

📋 During the suspension period, Decree No. 15/2018/NĐ-CP (dated February 2, 2018), which details the implementation of several provisions of the Law on Food Safety, along with its guiding documents, will continue to apply.

📌 The Government assigns the Ministry of Health to:

Strengthen inspection, supervision, and enforcement against violations related to product registration and declaration, as well as advertising of products, goods, and services under its management
Monitor production conditions of facilities that have obtained food safety certification meeting Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards for health supplements
Oversee facilities producing herbal and traditional medicines that are involved in the manufacturing of health supplements
