Rectification and Resolution of Errors in the Online Number Issuance System for Receiving Notification Dossiers of Imported Cosmetic Products Connected to the National Single Window Portal

On May 21, 2025, the Drug Administration of Vietnam (DAV) issued Official Dispatch No. 698/QLD-MP regarding the rectification and resolution of technical issues in the Online Number Issuance System for receiving notification dossiers of imported cosmetic products.

Several system errors have been recorded based on reports from enterprises, including:

  1. Enterprises are currently unable to apply digital signatures to submit initial notification dossiers and dossiers for amendments and supplements through the System.
  2. When selecting the option to amend or supplement an existing dossier, the System becomes unresponsive, preventing users from making the necessary updates.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests all relevant parties to urgently review the system, promptly address the identified technical issues, and provide timely feedback on the progress of remediation.
