Circular No. 08/2025/TT-BYT stipulating the dossier and procedures for issuing certificates for exported food products under the management of the Ministry of Health.

Circular No. 08/2025/TT-BYT regulates the authority, dossier, procedures for issuance, and revocation of certificates for exported food products under the management of the Ministry of Health in cases where certification is required by the importing country (hereinafter referred to as the “certificate”).

Circular No. 08/2025/TT-BYT does not apply to the issuance of Certificates of Free Sale (CFS) for food products under the management of the Ministry of Health.

Circular No. 08/2025/TT-BYT takes effect from March 7, 2025.
