Circular 29/2024/TT-BYT: Regulations on economic and technical characteristics of medical devices subject to price declaration.

On November 3, 2024, the Ministry of Health issued Circular 29/2024/TT-BYT: Regulations on economic and technical characteristics of medical devices subject to price declaration.

Economic and technical characteristics (detailed name, specific model) of medical devices subject to price declaration are in the Appendix attached to this Circular.

The circular takes effect from January 1, 2025.
