Guidelines for declaring prices of latest medical devices

Price management measures

– Manufacturing and business units must declare prices (procedures and content of medical device pricing declaration in accordance with legal regulations).

– Based on the actual situation, when there are fluctuations in prices affecting the supply of medical devices, the payment capacity of medical device buyers, and the payment capacity of the health insurance fund, the Minister of Health issues, amends, and supplements the list and provides guidance on the declaration of prices for medical device.

– Manufacturing and business units of medical device must declare prices for medical device in accordance with legal regulations or declare them on the electronic portal of the Ministry of Health

Content of price declaration

Manufacturing and business units of medical devices must list the prices of medical devices on the electronic portal of the Ministry of Health. In the case of listing prices on the Ministry of Health’s electronic portal, the following minimum information must be provided:

• Name, type of medical device.
• Manufacturer’s name, country of production; owner’s name, original country.
• Unit of measurement.
• Configuration, technical features of the medical device.
• Listed price of the medical device.

Requirements for online price declaration

Online declarations of medical device prices are considered valid when they meet the following requirements:

• Have complete paper documents, and the content of these documents must be declared in accordance with regulations, both in the paper format and electronically.
• The electronic document filename must correspond to the name of the document type in the paper document.
