On March 19, 2025, the Drug Administration of Vietnam issued Official Dispatch No. 848/QLD-ĐK requesting opinions on the Circular replacing Circular No. 08/2022/TT-BYT dated September 5, 2022, of the Minister of Health, which regulates the registration for circulation of drugs and pharmaceutical raw materials.
Drafts 2 and 3 of the Circular have been finalized after incorporating feedback from relevant units. The Drug Administration of Vietnam requests your unit to provide comments on Draft 4 of the Circular, which has been revised based on the input from the Drafting Committee and the Editorial Team. Please submit your feedback to the Drug Administration of Vietnam before March 28, 2025, to facilitate timely consolidation and reporting to the Ministry’s leadership.
