Official Dispatch No. 435/QLD-MP regarding the resolution and remediation of issues on the Online System for Receiving Registration Numbers of Imported Cosmetic Product Declarations, connected to the National Single Window Portal

On April 11, 2025, the Drug Administration issued urgent Official Dispatch No. 435/QLD-MP concerning the resolution and remediation of issues on the Online System for Receiving Registration Numbers of Imported Cosmetic Product Declarations, which is integrated with the National Single Window Portal.

Accordingly, several issues within the system have not yet been thoroughly resolved.

The Drug Administration respectfully forwards this matter to the National Center for Health Information for consolidation and coordination with relevant units to conduct a comprehensive review and implement corrective measures.
