According to Circular 43/2024/TT-BTC: Regulations on collection levels of some fees continue to remove difficulties and support production and business activities. From July 1, 2024, to December 31, 2024. The government fees for dossiers of declaration of health supplements are reduced by 10%, and for dossiers of medical devices are reduced by 30%.
Accordingly, from January 1, 2025, the government fee will return to the original level, specifically as follows:
– Application for registration of health supplements:
+ Declaration registration: from 1,350,000 VNĐ back to 1,500,000 VNĐ
+ Advertising registration: from 990,000 VNĐ back to 1,100,000 VNĐ
– Application for registration of medical equipment:
+ Class A: from 700,000 VNĐ back to VND 1,000,000 VNĐ
+ Class B: from 2,100,000 VNĐ back to VND 3,000,000 VNĐ
+ Class CD:from 4,200,000 VNĐ back to VND 6,000,000 VNĐ
+ Declaration of eligibility to buy and sell class BCD medical device: from 2,100,000 VNĐ back to 3,000,000 VNĐ
