LINK TO LOOK UP INFORMATION ON HEALTH SUPPLEMENTS THAT ARE IN CIRCULATION IN SOME COUNTRIES

Checking product information registered with the regulatory authority in the exporting country is an important step to ensure the validity and consistency of the declaration dossier.

Case 1: The product has been registered and displayed on the website’s authority.

If the product information is displayed on the website of the authority, it is necessary to check and ensure that this information completely matches the documents in the declaration dossier, including:

  • Product label.
  • Product Specification
  • Certificate of Free Sale.

Case 2: Product information is not displayed when looking up

If product information cannot be found on the website’s authority of the exporting country, it is necessary to replace the Certificate of Free Sale with one of the following documents:

  • Certificate of Exportation.
  • Health Certificate.

These documents must be issued by the competent authority in the country of origin or exporting country to ensure the validity of the declaration dossier.
