Decree 107/2016/NĐ-CP: Prescribing conditions for provision of conformity assessment services

Decree No. 107/2016/ND-CP stipulates the conditions for conducting business in conformity assessment services, including: assessing conformity for products, goods, production processes, service provision, and environment in accordance with applicable declared standards, technical regulations, and recognition of conformity assessment organizations.

This decree specifically regulates the business conditions, application documents for Certificate issuance, and procedures for Certificate issuance for the following activities:

+ Business of quality testing services for products and goods;

+ Business of quality inspection services for products and goods;

+ Business of quality appraisal services for products and goods;

+ Business of product certification and management system certification services;

+ Business of recognition services for conformity assessment organizations.
