Decision on the Announcement of Administrative Procedures Abolished in the Field of Pharmaceuticals under the Management Scope of the Ministry of Health, as Stipulated in Circular No. 11/2025/TT-BYT dated May 16, 2025, by the Minister of Health

The Ministry of Health has issued a Decision to abolish 13 administrative procedures in the pharmaceutical sector under Circular No. 11/2025/TT-BYT, aiming to streamline processes and facilitate operations for businesses and pharmaceutical establishments. The Decision will take effect from July 1, 2025.
