Decision 3514/QĐ-BYT: Abolishing Decision 5086/QĐ-BYT dated November 4, 2021, of the Minister of Health promulgating the list of shared codes for manufacturing medical supplies (batch 1) and the principles of coding medical supplies for management and appraisal, payment of health insurance-covered medical examination and treatment costs and Decision No. 2807/QD-BYT dated October 13, 2022 of the Minister of Health amending and supplementing Decision 5086/QD-BYT
On November 21, 2024, the Ministry of Health issued Decision 3514/QĐ-BYT accordingly:
+ Medical devices that have been circulated but have not been assigned a code according to the provisions of Decision 5086/QĐ-BYT shall use the medical supply group code according to the provisions of Circular No. 04/2017/TT-BYT, issued on April 14, 2017: on promulgating the list and rates, payment conditions for medical supplies within the scope of benefits for health insurance participants.
+ Medical devices and supplies that have been assigned codes before the effective date of this Decision shall continue to use the assigned codes.
