Decision 3493/QD-BYT: on abolishing administrative procedures in the pharmaceutical sector under the management of the Ministry of Health as prescribed in Decree No. 85/2024/ND-CP dated July 10, 2024, of the Government detailing several articles of the Law on Prices

– On November 19, 2024, the Ministry of Health issued Decision 3493/QD-BYT: Abolishing four (04) administrative procedures in the pharmaceutical sector under the management of the Ministry of Health as prescribed in Decree No. 85/2024/ND-CP dated July 10, 2024, of the Government detailing several articles of the Law on Prices. (list attached).

– Effective date from the date of signing issuance
